A shocking incident has come to light from the Shikarpur area of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh, where a video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The video shows Rahul Valmiki, District Minister of the BJP’s Scheduled Caste Morcha, allegedly caught in a compromising position with a married woman. The incident reportedly took place near the cremation ground in Kailawan village under Shikarpur police station limits.

Caught Red-Handed: Video Shows Leader Begging for Forgiveness

In the viral video, BJP leader Rahul Valmiki is seen stepping out of a car wearing only undergarments. Upon noticing the crowd, he is seen folding his hands and pleading for forgiveness. He repeatedly begs people not to record the incident and requests them to let him go. The woman with him was seen covering her face with a dupatta in an attempt to conceal her identity.

The incident is said to have occurred on the evening of Friday, July 11, when local residents noticed a suspicious car parked near the cremation ground. Growing suspicious, they checked the car and found Rahul Valmiki with the woman in an objectionable situation.

Locals Record and Circulate Video on Social Media

Soon after discovering the pair, the locals began recording the incident on their mobile phones. The video quickly made its way to social media platforms, where it went viral. Rahul Valmiki can be seen repeatedly apologising and pleading with the crowd not to film the incident.

Leader’s Father Calls It a Conspiracy; Police Begin Probe

Rahul Valmiki’s father has claimed that the video is 5–6 months old and has been circulated now as part of a political conspiracy. Meanwhile, Bulandshahr’s Rural Superintendent of Police, Dr Tejveer Singh, confirmed that the video has come to his notice and an investigation is underway. However, no formal complaint has been filed as of now. Police are currently working to verify the video and identify those involved.
